Explanation of Responses:
1. Uppaluri Investments, LLC ("Uppaluri Investments"), owns these shares. Dr. Uppaluri is the Manager of Uppaluri Investments. Each of the Uppaluri 2012 Family Trust ("2012 Trust") and the Ajay Uppaluri 2020 Gift Trust ("2020 Trust") owns 50% of Uppaluri Investments. The 2012 Trust is for the benefit of Dr. Uppaluri's spouse, Anita Uppaluri, and she is the trustee. The 2020 Trust is for the benefit of Dr. Uppaluri's son, Ajay Uppaluri, and Dr. Uppaluri and his spouse are co-trustees. Dr. Uppaluri disclaims beneficial ownership of the shares held by Uppaluri Investments except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.
2. The shares are owned by the 2020 Trust, which is for the benefit of Ajay Uppaluri. Dr. Uppaluri and his spouse are co-trustees. Dr. Uppaluri disclaims beneficial ownership of the shares held by the 2020 Trust, except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.
3. The shares are owned by Dr. Uppaluri's spouse. Dr. Uppaluri disclaims beneficial ownership of the shares held by his spouse, except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.
